ASML: buys back 23.8 million euros of own shares

(CercleFinance.com) - ASML, Europe's biggest supplier to chipmakers, said on Monday that last week it bought back 131,712 of its own shares for over 23.
8 million euros.

The shares were repurchased at daily average prices of between 177.4 euros and 186.3 euros, the Veldhoven-based company said.

In January, ASML announced a new share buyback program for 2018/2019, aiming to buy back up to 2.5 billion euros of shares, which it intends to cancel upon repurchase.
