Wolters Kluwer: acquires XCM Solutions

(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer today announced the acquisition of XCM Solutions, a solutions provider for tax and accounting firms.


Wolters Kluwer North America has had a long-standing strategic partnership with XCM Solutions (since 2006).

"Wolters Kluwer and XCM share a common approach to providing innovative, cloud-based solutions that drive productivity for customers," the group said.

Founded in 2002, XCM now serves accounting and tax firms of all sizes in the United States and Canada.

XCM's 2019 sales reached 19 million in FY 2019 (unaudited).

The transaction values XCM Solutions at 136 million euros:. it is expected to close in the coming weeks, once the usual closing conditions have been met.
