Wolters Kluwer: appointment on supervisory board

(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer announces the appointment of Jack de Kreij to its supervisory board, replacing René Hooft Graafland, who will retire, at the end of his second term of office, in 2020.


This appointment will be submitted for approval at the AGM of 23 April.

Jack de Kreij served as CFO and member of Vopak's Executive Board from 2003 to 2018, and the Vice-Chairman of Vopak's board since 2010. He is currently - amongst other positions - a supervisory board member of Boskalis and TomTom.
