Wolters Kluwer: share buybacks continue

(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch publisher Wolters Kluwer said that it has bought back 6.
9 million euros worth of its shares as part of its share buyback plan for 2019.

Wolters Kluwer said in a filing that it has repurchased 110,289 of its own ordinary shares from 23 May to 29 May, at an average price of 62.63 euros per share, based on the 250 million euro buyback plan the company announced in February.

Out of this amount, the company has bought back 59.6 million euros worth of shares so far.
