TomTom: new navigation app for BMW Motorrad

(CercleFinance.com) - TomTom has developed a new in-bike navigation app for BMW's two-wheeler unit BMW Motorrad, giving motorcyclists the option to choose "winding routes," the Dutch company said on Tuesday.


The smartphone app designed for BMW Motorrad owners remains in the rider's pocket, while visual directions are shown on the bike's integrated handlebar display, TomTom said.

Audio directions are provided via Bluetooth into the rider's helmet, the group added.
