Randstad: shares rise after Morgan Stanley upgrade

(CercleFinance.com) - Shares of Dutch staffing group Randstad are currently up 2% at 46.
3 euros at lunchtime on Tuesday, after Morgan Stanley upgraded the AEX component from "equal weight" to "overweight".

In a note identifying the best business models to help investors contextualise valuations in the "heterogenous" business services sector, Morgan Stanley said that generalist staffing companies, and Randstad in particular, show "unappreciated potential" against the prohibitive valuations of the perceived quality names.

The broker has therefore raised its target price for the share from 49.5 euros to 53.1 euros.
