Airbus: publishes agenda for 2021 AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus has published the agenda for its 2021 AGM, which is scheduled for 14 April with resolutions including the renewal of the Board mandates of Chairman René Obermann and three other non-executive directors.


Shareholder approval will be sought for the reappointment of René Obermann, Amparo Moraleda, Victor Chu and Jean-Pierre Clamadieu as non-executive members of the Board of Directors for a three-year term. Subject to his reappointment to the Board by the General Meeting, René Obermann will remain the non-executive Chairman of Airbus' Board of Directors.

Other resolutions include an annual advisory vote on the implementation of the remuneration policy for the year 2020.

Airbus strongly discourages physical attendance at the meeting and recommends that shareholders vote by proxy.
