STMicro: proposes dividend for 2022

(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside the publication of its IFRS financial report for 2022, STMicroelectronics has said that its supervisory board has decided to propose a cash dividend of $0.
24 per ordinary share at the 2023 Annual General Meeting.

This dividend will be payable in four quarterly installments of $0.06 in Q2, Q3 and Q4 of 2023, and in Q1 of 2024, to shareholders on record in the month of each quarterly payment.

For the record, in late January the Franco-Italian semiconductor manufacturer unveiled FY 2022 net income that is nearly double relative to 2021 at $3.96bb, or $4.19 per share.
