STMicroelectronics: board shakeup

(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics announces that its Supervisory Board has approved changes to its Executive Committee, effective 1 January 2022, including the appointment of Marco Cassis as President of the Analog, MEMS and Sensors Group (AMS).


Rémi El-Ouazzane will join the group from Intel, becoming president of the microcontrollers and digital integrated circuits (MDG) group, as Claude Dardanne has decided to retire at the end of the year.

Lorenzo Grandi is confirmed as CFO and will be appointed head of finance, procurement, ERM and resilience. Finally, Jérôme Roux, currently Executive Vice President Asia Pacific, will be appointed President Sales and Marketing.
