STMicro: partnership with Sanken Electric bearing fruit

(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics and Sanken Electric - a specialist in integrated circuits, power modules and sensors - announce that they have developed new industrial modules for high-power, high-voltage equipment.


These 650 V/50 A and 1200 V/10 A modules will make it possible to simplify the design and reduce the number of components used in systems with a power output of over 3 kW (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, industrial washing machines, etc.).

Technological samples of IPM modules for industrial applications will be available in March 2021, with production starting shortly thereafter.
