Heineken: added to BofA's best ideas

(CercleFinance.com) - Heineken's shares were one of the biggest risers on the AEX index in Amsterdam on Tuesday after BofA added the stock to its list of the best investment ideas in Europe.


Shortly before 4 p.m., the stock was up nearly 2%, just outperforming the AEX index (+1.7%).

In a report, the US broker believes that the brewer's share is attractive both in the current environment, because of its good visibility for 2023, but also in the perspective of renewed growth, because of its ability to outperform the consumer market as a whole.

The broker also highlights a discount that is found at multi-year lows (10%) compared to the rest of the consumer staples sector.
