AkzoNobel: new chairman of supervisory board
(CercleFinance.com) - After an extensive research process, AkzoNobel has announced the appointment of Nils Smedegaard Andersen as a member of its supervisory board, with the intention of electing him chairman at its AGM of 26 April.
As a Danish citizen, Nils Andersen is a non-executive director of BP and Unilever, serving on its audit committees. He was also CEO of AP Møller-Mærsk from 2007 to 2016, and before that was head of Carlsberg. Copyright (c) 2018 CercleFinance.com. All rights reserved. |
