KPN: two appointments proposed to supervisory board

(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch telecom operator KPN has announced the appointment of Frank Heemskerk as a member of its supervisory board for a four-year term, starting from the general shareholder meeting on 12 April 2023.


Frank Heemskerk is currently Secretary General of the European Round Table for Industry in Brussels. He was, among other things, Executive Director of the World Bank in Washington (2013-2018) and held various positions at ABN AMRO.

In addition, the KPN Supervisory Board proposes to reappoint Jolande Sap as a member for a third two-year term, which will also take effect following its AGM in April.
