Aperam: Q3 adjusted EBITDA up 6% sequentially

(CercleFinance.com) - Aperam today reports net income of 201 million euros for Q3 2021, down 6% from 213 million euros in Q2, while adjusted EBITDA rose by 6% sequentially, to 278 million euros.


Also sequentially, the stainless steel group's sales fell by 1% to just under 1.26 billion euros, for steel shipments that are down 12% at 421,000 tonnes.

Aperam expects Q4 adjusted EBITDA to be slightly higher than in Q3, and forecasts slightly higher free cash flow for the last three months of 2021.
