Manchester United: Jefferies still a buyer

(CercleFinance.com) - Manchester United yesterday announced its financial results for the third quarter of FY 2020, ended 31 March 2020.


Analysts believe that the third quarter results show some impact from Covid-19, although a greater impact is expected in Q4 and the next financial year.

"However, what's clear to us is MANU remains a best-in-class brand in the world's most popular sport, and that creates significant monetization opportunities that will only strengthen LT," the broker said.

Jefferies reiterates its buy rating on the share and confirms its $18 target price of 18 dollars (nearly 10% upside).
