Glencore: completes sale of Rosneft stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Glencore and the Qatar Investment Authority have completed the sale of the 14.
2% stake they held in Russian oil giant Rosneft to a wholly owned subsidiary of QIA, the mining company said on Friday.

This means that the Glencore-QIA consortium arrangements have now been terminated and that Glencore holds a direct equity stake of about 0.6% in Rosneft.

Meanwhile, QIA holds a direct equity stake of about 18.9% in Rosneft.
