Atlantia: throws in towel regarding Alitalia

(CercleFinance.com) - Atlantia, the Italian road and airport concessions group, announces that it is leaving the consortium to takeover Alitalia, the troubled airline.


The group says that the difficulties that it noted on 15 October remain and that, as such, the conditions for its participation in the consortium (which also includes the Italian national railway operator), are currently not satisfied.
