Eni: selected to build European charging network
(CercleFinance.com) - The European Executive Agency for Climate, Infrastructure and the Environment (CINEA) has selected a project by Be Charge, a subsidiary of Plenitude (Eni), to build one of the largest high-speed charging networks in Europe.
The company aims to build a high-powered network along European transport corridors, parking areas and major urban centres by 2025, across eight countries: Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Germany, Portugal, Slovenia and Greece.
The European Commission has awarded a grant to 24 European projects.
