Linde: Adjusted EPS up significantly in Q1

2 billion, up 3% at constant exchange rates from the same period a year earlier.
Adjusted EBIT was $2.2 billion, up 16%.
Adjusted EPS was $3.42, up 17% (or +20% at constant exchange rates).
For the second quarter of 2023, Linde expects adjusted EPS in the range of $3.40 to $3.50, up 10% to 13% from the prior year quarter.
For the full year 2023, the company expects adjusted EPS to be between $13.45 and $13.85, up 9% to 13% year-over-year.
