Ryanair: 92% of flights on time in December

(CercleFinance.com) - Monthly statistics published by Ryanair today indicate that 92 % of the flights operated by the company arrived on time in December.


The survey of 11,000 passengers last month shows that 89% of those carried rated their flight as "excellent/very good/good", also giving high marks for the friendliness of the crew (94%), on-board service (92%), the range of food and drinks (86%) and boarding (84%).

The airline also stresses the importance of health measures that have been taken from July onwards to protect travelers and crew.

Daily disinfection measures, mandatory face masks and contactless initiatives are in place to ensure that customers feel confident when flying with us, it said.
