Accenture: contract with US Customs and Border Protection

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture today announced that its Accenture Federal Services division has won a $380m contract to modernize the US Customs and Border Protection's IT infrastructure.


Accenture will provide comprehensive technology support to the 60,000-employee agency responsible for protecting the borders of the United States and facilitating lawful international travel and commerce.

Accenture Federal Services will provide IT infrastructure operations and modernization services for CBP's headquarters in Washington, DC, as well as for each of its divisions, offices, regional sites and data centers.
