Accenture: acquires Indonesian creative agency
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday Accenture announced the acquisition of Indonesian creative agency Romp, with the aim of strengthening its presence in the online advertising market in Southeast Asia.
Founded in 2019, Romp, which is considered one of the top three creative agencies in the country, deploys campaigns for major accounts such as Danone, Kimberly-Clark and Google.
Accenture says the deal will allow it to strengthen the regional capabilities of its Accenture Song (formerly Accenture Interactive) business, both in terms of creative and technology.
Indonesia is currently the most dynamic market for online advertising in South East Asia, with an e-commerce sector expected to reach 53.8 billion dollars by 2025.
