Accenture: already third acquisition in UK this year

(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday Accenture announced the acquisition of Cirrus, a British company specialising in skills management consulting, although the company did not specify the terms the terms of the deal.


In a statement, the US consulting giant said that the acquisition will enable it to strengthen its capabilities in executive coaching, particularly through e-learning.

Cirrus is Accenture's third acquisition in the UK this year, following the recent acquisitions of IT consultancy Edenhouse and digital agency Infinity Works.
