Accenture: acquisition of US company N3

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday Accenture announced the takeover of the US consulting company N3, although did not specify the terms of the transaction.


In a statement, Accenture explains that the acquisition of the company created in 2004 and which now has 2,200 employees, will enable it to strengthen its offer in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

N3 uses technologies such as the cloud, software platforms and 5G networks to help its customers increase their sales in a virtual environment.

“Increasingly, B2B buyers expect the same 'Amazon-like' interactions they experience as consumers when purchasing far more complex services — a trend that's only accelerated in the current pandemic,” Accenture said.

N3 - whose main clients include Microsoft, Cisco and SAP - is based in Atlanta, and has offices in Brazil, Costa Rica, Ireland, Germany, Japan, Singapore and the UK.
