Compass: CFO quits

(CercleFinance.com) - Compass announced on Monday the departure of Karen Witts, its chief financial officer since 2019.
She will be replaced by Palmer Brown, the group's current commercial director.

The British catering giant did not specify the reasons for hre departure, which was "by mutual agreement" according to its statement, simply thanking Karen Witts for her 18 months of service during a period deemed "difficult" due to the pandemic.

Palmer Brown, who previously served as interim CFO between 2018 and 2019, will take up his new role on 1 November.
