London Stock Exchange: Berenberg raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Berenberg raised its target price on the London Stock Exchange Group share from 8,490 pence to 9,510 pence on Tuesday, seeing "underappreciated growth" in risk services.


"Refinitiv's desktop terminals, data feeds and trading activities have been the subject of considerable investor scrutiny since London Stock Exchange Group (LSE) announced its intention to acquire the business last year," the analyst said in a note to clients.

But Berenberg notes that Refinitiv's risk management business has not received the same attention.

"We believe this has led to an under-appreciation of the division's structural growth," the German broker added, maintaining its "buy" rating on the stock.
