G4S: appoints former Kellogg executive on board

(CercleFinance.com) - British security firm G4S has appointed Elisabeth Fleuriot as a non-executive director on its board with immediate effect, citing the executive's international management experience and deep understanding of corporate social responsibility matters.


Fleuriot spent 12 years with US cereal maker Kellogg after the first 18 years of her career with France's Danone.

Elisabeth is currently non-executive director of Finnish paper maker Stora Enso, and has been a non-executive director of Danish brewer Carlsberg.

She will become chair of the board's corporate social responsibility committee and will also join the remuneration committee.
