Barclays: names new co-head for US equity capital markets

(CercleFinance.com) - Barclays has named Morgan Stanley's Taylor Wright to jointly head its equity capital markets in the US, the British bank said on Friday.


Wright will co-head the unit with Kristin DeClark, who joined Barclays from Deutsche Bank in March, Barclays said.

While DeClark will start at Barclays in June, and will be based in California, Wright will be based in New York, starting in August.

During his work at Morgan Stanley, spanning a period of over 24 years, Wright originated over 250 billion dollars of equity and equity-linked offerings, Barclays noted.
