bp: extends partnership with M&S until 2030

(CercleFinance.com) - bp announces the extension of its agreement with M&S (Marks & Spencer) until 2030.


The duo joined forces for the first time in 2005 to introduce M&S Food stores on bp retail outlets in the UK.

Sixteen years later, M&S Food is now available at nearly 300 sites operated by bp across the country.

This extended commitment will enable the groups to work together to invest in the look and feel of stores, in leveraging the M&S renewal program and in our supply chain to maximise uptime and reduce food waste, M&S said.

bp shares are up slightly (+0.8%), while M&S shares are down 3.5% at present.
