British American Tobacco: appoints three Reynolds directors.

(CercleFinance.com) - British American Tobacco has appointed three independent directors to its board, following the acquisition of the remaining 57.
8% of Reynolds American, which is now set to become a part of the group.

The three non-executive directors are Lionel Nowell, who has been the lead independent director of Reynolds' board since January 2017, as well as Holly Keller Koeppel and Luc Jobin, who had both been independent directors on the board since 2008.

Under the merger agreement with Reynolds, it was agreed that three of the non-BAT nominated Reynolds directors would join the BAT Board at the closing of the acquisition.
