Antin: underlying net income up 7% in 2022
(CercleFinance.com) - Antin Infrastructure Partners has reported a 7% increase in 2022 underlying net profit to E79.
7m, with an underlying EBITDA margin that is down 4.7 points to 55% on revenue growth of 18.6% to E214.2m.
The infrastructure investment specialist says that assets under management (AuM) of E30.6bn, up 34.9%, including fee generating AuM of E19.1bn, up 38.4%.
The company has announced record business levels, including the largest amount of fundraising and the largest number of investments announced in a single year, its founders said.
Antin intends to propose an annual dividend of E0.42 per share for the past year, representing a payout ratio of 92% on an underlying EPS that remains stable at E0.46.
