Verallia: BWSA raises stake above 25%

(CercleFinance.com) - Brasil Warrant Administraçao de Bens e Empresas (BWSA) has informed the AMF that on 9 June it exceeded the thresholds of 25% of the capital and voting rights of glass packaging group Verallia, now holding 26.
34% of the capital and voting rights, following an OTC purchase of shares.

It does not intend to take control of Verallia, nor request additional representation on its board of directors following this transaction, although plans to acquire additional shares, depending on market conditions.
