URW: 9m sales up 20.8%

(CercleFinance.com) - The largest commercial real estate company in Europe Unibail-Rodamco-Westfiel (URW) has reported 9m sales of 2.
7 billion euros for the first nine months of the year, up 20.8% y-o-y.

While market conditions may affect the overall schedule, management is committed to completing its deleveraging plan, supported by a strong liquidity position and the solid operational performance of its assets, URW says.

Based on 9m 2022 performance, including a strong Q3, which confirms the positive trend seen in H1, the group is revising its guidance for adjusted recurrent EPS of at least 8.90 to. 9.10 euros per share.
