URW: sells Almere Centrum in Netherlands for E155m

(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announces an agreement with a group of private investors led by UMB Group for the sale of Almere Centrum in the Netherlands at a price of 155 million euros.


Almere Centrum is an 87,000 m2 shopping centre found in the centre of Almere. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of July.

URW will have then completed 2.7 billion euros of the 4 billion euros of its European disposal program.
