Unibail-Rodamco: Invest Securities raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities confirms its buy rating on the share, while raising its target price to 75 euros (vs.
57.50 euros).

It has actually only taken a week to see the combination of several bits of good news (completion of a divestment, significant drop in actuarial rates, with shopping centre attendance (for the moment) avoiding a major crisis, rise in share price, making a call to the market (for capital) less dilutive), the broker says.

These factors reduce the likelihood of a capital increase and mechanically leads the broker to raise its target price, it adds.
