Unibail-Rodamco: outlook maintained for 2018

10 euros at 30 June 2018, up 7.9 euros (+3.6%) relative to 31 December 2017.

"This increase was the sum of (i) the value creation of E16.74 per share, (ii) the impact of the -E10.80 dividend paid during H1-2018, and (iii) the +E1.96 mark-to-market of the fixed-rate debt and derivatives," the group said.

Recurrent net income per share reached 6.61 euros and adjusted net income per share was 6.58 euros.

It stated that, “There currently is no change to the guidance for 2018 provided on January 31, 2018. Following the Group's annual 5-year business plan process, a medium term outlook will be provided at the time of the release of URW's 2018 Full-Year results.”
