ALD: sets targets through to 2025

(CercleFinance.com) - At its CMD, ALD presented its new strategic plan "Move 2025", which notably provides for a higher dividend pay-out of 60% (vs.
50% previously) for the period 2020-2025.

The vehicle leasing group is targeting total contract numbers of around 2.3 million by 2025, along with an increase in margins for leases and services contracts at least proportional to the total of contracts for the period 2019 -2025.

Finally, ALD estimates that its cost/income ratio (excluding result from vehicle sales) will improve to 46%-48% by 2025, while absorbing the additional 66 million euros in digital investments over the period 2020-2025.

These ambitions seem to be ignored however - the ALD share is down over 3% on Thursday afternoon.
