ALD: makes changes to board at shareholder meeting

(CercleFinance.com) - Car hire group ALD announces that at its ordinary shareholder's meeting, convened on 20 May, and following the approval of the relevant resolutions, Anik Chaumartin has been appointed as director for a term of four years.


Christophe Perillat was reappointed as a director for a period of four years, i.e. until the end of the shareholders' meeting convened to approve the accounts for FY ending 31 December 2023.

Delphine Garcin-Meunier's cooptation as a Director by the Board on 5 November 2019, was ratified by the general meeting for the remaining term of office of her predecessor, i.e. until the close of the General Shareholders' Meeting convened to approve the accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.
