LDC: net income down 3.4% at E143.7m

(CercleFinance.com) - Global merchant LDC has reported 2019-2020 sales of 4.
4 billion euros, up 7.2% y-o-y from 4.1 billion euros in 2018-2019.

At a constant consolidation scope, sales reached 4.2 billion euros (+3.0%), with growth at all the group's businesses.

Underlying EBITDA reached 201.5 million euros, up 6.0% y-o-y, corresponding to an operating margin of 4.6%, the same as the previous financial year. Net income, group share was 143.7 million euros (compared to 148.7 million euros).
