CGG: cuts imaging cycle time in Gulf of Mexico

(CercleFinance.com) - CGG announces that its Geoscience division's imaging/processing facilities have significantly improved the quality of ocean-bottom seismic imaging of the Mad Dog oil field in the Gulf of Mexico's Green Canyon region.


"Through continued investment in imaging technology and supercomputing capacity, CGG was able to reduce project cycle time by almost half while delivering greatly improved subsalt images," CGG said.
