CGG: BlackRock raises stake above 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds it manages, US asset manager BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 6 November, it increased its stake in CGG to above the threshold of 5% of the group's capital and voting rights that it now holds, for the said clients and funds, 5.
02% of the geophysical service group's capital and voting rights.

This crossing of this threshold results from an OTC acquisition of CGG shares and the receipt of shares held as collateral.
