CGG: Morgan Stanley stake excceds 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley told the AMF that, on 11 September, through its subsidiaries, it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of CGG's capital and voting rights, and that it now indirectly holds 5.
20% of the group's capital and voting rights.

This crossing of these thresholds results from an increase in the number of CGG shares held in Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc's trading book.
