CGG: launches capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - CGG has announced the terms of its capital increase, maintaining a Preferential Subscription Right (PSR) of approximately 112.
2 million euros, by issuing new shares each accompanied by a share subscription warrant (ABSA).

The issue with PSR will result in the creation of 71,932,731 ABSA, at a unit subscription price of 1.56 euro, representing a maximum gross income of 112,215,060.36 euros, assuming the transaction is fully subscribed to in cash.

The subscription period will begin on 22 January 22 and will end at EOB on 3 February 2018. The new shares and warrants' settlement-delivery and admission to trading on Euronext Paris are scheduled for 21 February.
