Valeo: Norges Bank raises stake

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF yesterday published a notice announcing that on 29 August, Norges Bank, the central Bank of Norway, which is the national sovereign fund manager, has increased its stake in Valeo's capital to above the threshold of 5%.


On this date, and after the receipt of shares held as collateral, Norges Bank held 5.001% of the French automotive component group's capital and 4.89% of its voting rights.
