Showroomprivé: successful capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Showroomprivé announces a successful capital increase, while maintaining its DPS, launched on 3 December, amounting to a total of 39.
5 million euros, giving rise to the issue of 15,817,000 new shares at 2.50 euros each.

For the record, most of the proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of the 40% of Beautéprivée's capital that it does not yet hold (20 million to 25 million euros), with the remainder spent on the logistics investment announced in March 2018 (about five million euros).

The settlement-delivery of the new shares and their admission to Euronext Paris (Compartment B) will occur on 28 December. After the capital increase, Showroomprivé's share capital will be comprised of 50,614,402 shares.
