Europcar Mobility: board receives offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Europcar Mobility Group said on Wednesday evening that its board of directors has recently received an expression of interest regarding a potential transaction regarding the company's capital and that it has carefully studied this proposal.


The board nevertheless considers that the proposed price of 0.44 euro per share does not reflect the full value and the group's potential for value creation. Discussions could be held, which the company does not intend to comment on, unless it is legally obliged to.
