Europcar: finalises acquisition of Goldcar

(CercleFinance.com) - Europcar has announced the completion of the acquisition of Goldcar.
The group received approval for the transaction from the European Commission on 5 December.

It is Europe's largest low-cost rental vehicles company. " This acquisition will enable Europcar to become a major player in the fast growing European low cost segment," the group said.
