Voltalia: contract for difference won in UK

(CercleFinance.com) - Voltalia today announced that it has won a Contract for Difference (CfD) for Clifton and Higher Stockbridge in the recent CfD Allocation Round 4 (AR4) auction, a 20-year contract for two solar projects of 45 megawatts each.


Located in Dorset, the two solar plants will produce the equivalent amount of clean, renewable energy consumed by more than 50,790 people each year. Commissioning is scheduled for late 2023 and early 2024.

In the UK, the French renewable energy producer now has a portfolio of five solar and storage facilities in operation or under construction with a total capacity of 179 megawatts.
