Worldline: towards squeeze-out of Ingenico shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline says that on 19 November it will proceed with the squeeze-out of Ingenico's 2,576,195 shares (4.
04% of the capital and up to 4.93% of the voting rights) and 10,449 OCEANE bonds (0.36% of the outstanding OCEANE bonds - convertible into existing or new shares) that have not been tendered to its offer.

The amount of compensation paid relating to the squeeze-out will be paid at prices of 123.10 euros per share and 179 euros per Oceane. The Ingenico shares and OCEANE bonds will be delisted from Euronext in Paris on 19 November.
