Elior: signs MoU with Derichebourg

(CercleFinance.com) - As part of the project to transfer Derichebourg Multiservices to Elior Group, Derichebourg has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding and a transfer agreement with Elior Group.


This signature has been unanimously approved by both Elior and Derichebourg's Boards of Directors.

BDL Capital Management, Permian Investment Partners, FSP and EMESA, representing approximately 24.4% of Elior Group's capital and voting rights, support this new step in Elior Group's strategy and will vote in favour of the transaction to transfer Derichebourg's Multiservices business to Elior.

If the transaction is approved, Derichebourg will own approximately 48.4% of Elior Group following the contribution. Derichebourg will continue to consolidate its stake in Elior Group using the equity method.
